1. Scope and Subject of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) cover all activities by me, Sabina Elsa Astolfi, operating as Powerful-Voices (Switzerland) (hereinafter referred to as “Powerful-Voices” or “I”), including workshops, training programs, retreats, mantra meditation, mantra singing, kirtan, singing and sound healing events, as well as community events and related agreements associated with these activities.

I primarily offer paid services in the areas of holistic voice coaching, singing, sound healing, mantra practice, and voice work.

These T&Cs apply to all participants who access my services in any way (by phone, email, internet, mobile, etc.). Participants are any natural or legal persons who use or register for services provided by Powerful-Voices.
By using one or more services, the participant irrevocably agrees to the application of these T&Cs. The T&Cs also apply to international retreats and voice or sound healing holidays within the operations of Powerful-Voices (Switzerland).

2. General

2.1

For the execution of all offerings by me, Sabina Elsa Astolfi, operating as Powerful-Voices, including courses, workshops, trainings, singing and sound healing events, individual coaching, private and/or business voice coaching, mantra meditation, kirtan, and other events – including Powerful-Voices retreats and holidays – the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are considered agreed upon.
These Terms and Conditions are deemed legally binding and are accepted and acknowledged by participants upon registration.

2.2

Amendments to these Terms and Conditions are generally excluded and are only valid if alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Such agreements apply exclusively to the specific transaction and expressly do not extend to future bookings or new registrations following the completion of a Powerful-Voices course, workshop, individual session, or respective event (as described in Section 2.1).

3. Scope of My Offerings

My offerings include the organization and delivery of holistic voice coaching, 1:1 voice coaching mentorships, singing and sound healing events, concerts, retreats, and workshops domestically and internationally.

Within these offerings, I provide mantra meditation, mantra singing, kirtan, empowerment songs, and songs of transformation to support participants on their journey toward inner healing and self-development.
In my holistic voice coaching, singing techniques, vocal physiology, universal spirituality, ancient energetic techniques, as well as knowledge and experience in supporting emotional release and transforming traumas that block the voice and our instrument (our multidimensional body) are combined.

My work in the area of voice and sound healing is enriched, accelerated, and intensified through my intuition, ability to hear intuitively, and gift for channeling transformative sounds, alchemical knowledge, and approaches for my clients. It significantly contributes to releasing the full power and unique expressiveness of the voice, enabling successful integration into everyday life.

Sound Healing and Voice Healing

Sound healing and voice healing are essential components of my work. Through the healing power of our voice, mantras, and soulful music, I create spaces and provide impulses that allow participants to harmonize their entire system and experience healing.

The sounds and vibrations can release blockages, make tense tissue vibrate again, and bring suppressed emotions into awareness and expression. This enables the voice to access resonance spaces that were previously closed and not accessible to sound due to trauma and fears.
As a result, the voice and the whole person can once again fully unfold their aliveness, freedom, and unique expressiveness.

4. Fees, Prices, and Payment Terms

4.1

The current fees for 1:1 holistic voice coaching and mentorship are provided after a free 20-minute get-to-know-each-other call.

The prices for singing and sound healing concerts, workshops, vocal courses, mantra events, and retreats are available on the website www.powerful-voices.com, on brochures and flyers, or can be provided upon request.

4.2

Registrations for all offerings are legally binding via email, online reservation, SMS, or reservation payment. For telephone registrations, a confirmation is sent by email or SMS (e.g., via WhatsApp).
Once the participant receives and confirms the confirmation email, the registration is legally binding and can be invoiced.

After receiving the registration, I will send a reservation confirmation by email or SMS, followed by an invoice for payment within the following days. The payment deadline stated in the invoice is binding. Alternatively, online reservations with credit card payment are available. Not paying the invoice does not count as a cancellation.

5. Conditions and Cancellation Policies (Refunds)

5.1 Workshops, Events, Courses in Person and Online
Registrations for workshops, events, and courses are binding. A refund of course fees is only possible in the case of illness or accident and upon presentation of a medical certificate.

If a course is canceled on my part, the paid amount will be fully refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the course begins or in case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
If a participant cannot attend a workshop or event, they have the option to provide a replacement. This should be communicated in writing by email, including the name and email address of the replacement. Cancellations must also be communicated in writing.

Unattended sessions cannot be made up, and there will be no refund. In case of absence (e.g., due to illness, work obligations, or other reasons) or withdrawal from the workshop or course, there is no entitlement to a fee reduction or refund.

In the event of non-attendance at a workshop due to illness or accident, I am happy to review the individual situation with the affected person. If possible, a place in a future workshop may be offered.

5.2 Cancellation of 1:1 Voice Coaching and Voice Mentoring
Scheduled appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. After this period, the full fee will be charged. This policy also applies in cases of illness and other unforeseen events. Thank you for your understanding!

5.3
To conduct my workshops, retreats, and courses under optimal conditions, I set a minimum and maximum number of participants, depending on the event. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the course will generally not take place, and course fees will be refunded.

6. Eligibility and Personal Responsibility

6.1 Health Requirements
Existing psychological or physical health restrictions must be reported to me as the course facilitator no later than the start of the coaching/course/workshop/event. Each participant takes part on their own responsibility and independently decides whether to seek medical advice before participating.

7. Responsibility

I take responsibility for conducting my voice coaching and sound healing offerings carefully and professionally. However, this does not mean that I am responsible for all possible consequences, but only for providing my service in line with my expertise and commitments.

Each participant takes part on their own responsibility and should seek medical advice in advance if they have health concerns.
I reserve the right to decline participants if I feel that the health or psychological requirements for participation are not met. This refusal may also occur shortly before or during an ongoing course. In case of refusal, the course fee will be refunded proportionally.

8. Retreat and Holiday Terms

8.1 Registration and Booking
Registration is done via email to sabina@powerful-voices.com. Once registration is received, you will receive a confirmation email along with the invoice for the retreat.

The payment deadline indicated is binding. Registration is binding and obliges the participant to pay the retreat fee. Non-payment is not considered a cancellation.
For limited participant spots, registrations are accepted in the order of payment received.

8.2 Payment Terms
The full amount for the retreat is due at registration.

8.3 Cancellation/Refund Policy
The reservation is final and binding from the time of booking. Refunds in case of cancellation are not possible. However, you have the option to provide a replacement person for your spot, which must be communicated at the same time as your cancellation. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

8.4 Program Changes
Program changes and adjustments to individual services (e.g., accommodation, co-leader, transportation) due to unforeseen or safety-related reasons are reserved.

8.5 Entry Requirements
A valid passport or identity card is required for the entire duration of the trip. Participants of other nationalities should independently check with the relevant consulates or embassies for entry requirements.
I recommend that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the return date. Compliance with these requirements is your responsibility. Powerful-Voices assumes no liability for non-compliance or resulting costs.

8.6 Price Changes/Adjustments
In exceptional cases, prices may change due to government-imposed increases (e.g., VAT) or exchange rate fluctuations. If this is the case, I will inform you at least three weeks before departure. If the price increase is more than 10%, you have the right to cancel the contract free of charge within five days of receiving this notification.

8.7 Cancellation by Powerful-Voices
A last-minute cancellation due to force majeure, official measures, or strikes is reserved. The retreat may also be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached up to 20 days before the start date. In such cases, the paid retreat fee will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded.

8.8 Early Termination by the Participant
If you need to end your trip early for personal reasons, there will be no refund. However, I am happy to assist with the organization of your return. Any additional costs are your responsibility.

8.9 Responsibility and Liability
My liability is limited to the agreed scope of services and covers only direct damages. If a promised service cannot be provided on-site as agreed, I will endeavor to provide an equivalent replacement. I am not liable for damages caused by the participant’s own actions, unforeseeable third parties, or force majeure.

8.10 Personal and Health Requirements
Stable physical and mental health is required for participation in my retreats. Each participant is personally responsible and should inform me in advance of any physical or psychological impairments. If participation is not advisable for health reasons, I reserve the right to exclude the participant. Any additional costs incurred for early return or other expenses are borne by the participant.

8.11 Travel Insurance
Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage. I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance as well as health and accident insurance with international coverage.

8.12 General Insurance Terms
For all courses, workshops, events, holidays, and retreats organized by Powerful-Voices, I exclude any liability for damages. Each participant is responsible for ensuring sufficient insurance coverage. Powerful-Voices is not liable for theft or loss of personal items.

8.13 Program and Price Changes
Program and price changes as well as changes to the Terms and Conditions are reserved.

9. Data Protection

I, Sabina Elsa Astolfi, as the course facilitator, commit to treating personal data and information confidentially and not disclosing it to third parties, except for sharing with employees and business partners for organizational purposes. Participants also commit to treating information about other course participants confidentially.

10. Photo and Media Use

Powerful-Voices (Switzerland) uses photos/videos from courses and events on its website or social media, where participants may be recognizable. If this happens against the will of an individual, they may request removal from the image. No further claims can be asserted.

11. Copyright

All content provided by me, Sabina Elsa Astolfi, and Powerful-Voices (Switzerland) is protected by copyright. Any form of imitation constitutes an infringement of copyright and will be prosecuted, obliging the infringer to compensate for damages.
