Especially as women – but not only – we’ve been silenced, not just by the world around us, but by the echoes of past lives where our wisdom, our magic, and our voices were seen as threats.
This is not a singing course.
Yes, we will sing… and, it’s about so much more than that.
After more than two decades of working with talented women (and their voices) from all walks of life—doctors, attorneys, mamas, social workers, singers, and artists—I’ve noticed a common thread that runs deep.

Hi, I’m Sabina
Hi, I’m Sabina. I’m a devotee of life, a Mother and an enchantress. I express my power through my voice.
(But I didn’t always know that). I’m also a singer, a mantra yogini and a gifted holistic voice coach.
I was trapped in a cycle of perfectionism (the destructive one, not the nurturing one), especially when learning to develop my voice, doubting my intuition and looking for safety into logic and reason.
I was under the spell of opera singing-training with mechanical repetition and the wild feminine not invited at the table was bored to death.
She, the divine and wild creatrix, wanted to play, to discover, to find the Shakti (power) of Sound not only in the beautiful sounds but also in the ugly ones.
She loves the Body because she feels and receives life through the body.
Finally she broke through and my singing was guided and informed again by both of them: the intuitive, connected, wild feminine and the structured, goal achieving and sustaining masculine.
What a joy!
What a power!
What a whole new way of singing, of learning, what a new way of teaching!
From week to week, I discovered new areas in my body that I can now incorporate into my singing. The group dynamics with all the questions that came up opened new knowledge for me. Sabina’s coaching from the technical and spiritual side enabled me to do new experiments and breakthroughs in my vocal expression. Am still practicing and exploring my voice and I use Sabina’s inspiring exercises almost daily.

This morning, I finally broke my silence. I wrote a clear e-mail to the family of my ex-husband, pointing out his borderline violations that are exacerbating the loyalty conflict my children are facing. I will no longer allow anyone to «shut me up». I now know that being spiritual and having a big heart doesn’t mean I should let myself be manipulated but have clear boundaries, self-compassion, and hearing my inner voice. Hey darling, I know washing the dishes is easier, but now it’s time to sing!
To accommodate women in different time zones, there will be a session on Monday morning at 10:00 am (CET) and one on Wednesday afternoons at 5:00 pm (CET).
Session:
Monday – 70-Minute Session:
- Invocation
- Arriving with a guided meditation through the body
- Awakening the voice through a voice practice

- Awakening awareness of the body practice
